Earned Points: Cardholders earn Points when their purchase transaction settles
- 5 points: For purchases made directly from SIG merchants (e.g., SIG-Sauer, the experience center, or SIG academy/training)
- 3 points: For purchases of gas, groceries, or sporting goods
- 1 point: For all other purchases
- Pending Availability: New Points stay in this status until the cardholder's next statement date. Points Pending Approval cannot be redeemed yet
- Available Points: Points earned during a billing cycle will be ready to redeem once that cycle ends and the cardholder's statement is generated
- Redemption Method: The only way to redeem points is by trading them for SIG discount codes in denominations of $25, $50, $100, and $250*
- Returns/Refunds: Points are deducted for returns and refunds
- Expiration: Points expire on the date that is five years from the date they become available. Points are used via a FIFO (First In, First Out) method for redemption and returns.
- Conversion Rate: $1.00 in value per 100 Points
