This article provides instructions for resubmitting a rejected receipt.
1. If you receive a notification that your receipt has been rejected, navigate to the Transaction Detail page associated with the purchase by:
a .Tapping the Receipt Rejected message
OR
b. Tapping the Credit Transactions View button on the homescreen
2. Tap the Rejected status to open the message explaining the reason for the rejection.
If the receipt was rejected because the image was blurry/incomplete or there was missing information, you may resubmit the receipt following the instructions in this article How do I earn extra SIG rewards points?
