This article provides instructions for ordering a new card. If the card is being replaced because it was lost/stolen, the new card will have a new number, expiration date. and security code. If it is being replaced because it was damaged, it will have a new expiration date and security code.
| Note: You will need to update the card number on any recurring transactions you have previously set up. The physical card should arrive within 7-10 business days |
1. On the homescreen, tap the Card icon
2. Tap Replace Card
3. Select the method by which you want to receive the authorization code > Tap Send Code
4. Enter the code > Tap Submit
5. Select the reason for the card replacement > Tap Continue

6. You will receive confirmation that you replacement card has been ordered.
