If you see unauthorized or unrecognized transactions, or have reason to believe there is an error on your Statement, immediately call SIG AFFINITY Visa® Card Services at (866) 280-9973. In the IVR, you’ll have the option to report your card as lost or stolen (if you don’t recognize the transactions).
Card Services Representatives will review your transaction information with you and, if appropriate, file a dispute case on your behalf.
The SIG Credit App offers two options to protect your account if you are not able to call in to report the transactions.
1. Place a lock on your card if it is in your possession.
2. Report the card as Lost/Stolen if it is not in your possession.
Card Services representatives are available weekdays during normal business hours.
