If your card is lost, stolen, or damaged, you can report it using the SIG Credit App. If you think your card is misplaced, locking it is another option until you find it.

1. On the homescreen, tap the Card icon
2. Tap Replace Card
3. Choose how you would like to receive the Authorization Code > Tap Send code
4. Enter the Authorization Code > Tap Submit
5. Select the reason for the card replacement > Tap Continue
